Q1: What is the MOQ and packaging for export?

A: The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is typically 500 square meters. Products are packed in woven bags or pallets for container shipping. We also supply all necessary accessories: adhesives, primers, line-marking paint, and installation tools as a complete package if required.

Q2: Is the 13mm thickness fixed, or can we request other thicknesses?

A:  While 13mm is our standard and most popular size, we offer custom thicknesses from 8mm to 25mm for different applications (e.g., 8mm for light jogging paths, 20mm for high-impact playgrounds). Please contact our sales team for custom quotes.

Q3: How long is the lifespan of this composite track?

A: With proper installation and basic maintenance, a 13mm composite EPDM track typically lasts 8-10 years. Durability slightly higher than other traditional type of runway

Q3:Does the color fade over time in sunlight?

A: Our EPDM granules are manufactured with UV-stable pigments and anti-aging additives. While some slight color lightening is normal over 5-8 years of intense sun exposure, the track will retain its visual appeal much longer than standard rubber surfaces. For harsh tropical climates, we can recommend an additional UV clear coat.

Q4:How do we clean and maintain this track?

A: Maintenance is minimal. We recommend:

Daily: Sweep with a soft-bristle brush to remove debris.
Weekly: Rinse with water (no high-pressure washers—they can damage the granular surface).
Avoid: Dragging heavy equipment, spilling gasoline/oil, or using harsh chemical detergents.
Snow: Use snow ploughs with rubber blades only; never use metal blades.

Q5:How does the breathable track handle heavy rain? Can we use it immediately after rain?
A: Excellent question! Due to its high porosity (30%-50% void ratio), water drains through the surface almost instantly. The track is typically ready for use within 20-30 minutes after rainfall stops—no puddles, no downtime. This is one of its biggest operational advantages for schools and public parks.
