Packing & Delivery

Our 50mm artificial football turf is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

1. Inner Packaging

Each roll is wound around a sturdy paper tube (50mm or 60mm inner diameter) to maintain roll stability and prevent turf bending or collapsing during transport
A protective film (minimum 0.06mm thickness) is wrapped around the turf to provide dust and moisture protection 

2. Outer Packaging

The rolls are then packed in durable PP woven bags or standard export cartons for extra protection
For sea freight, we add desiccants inside the packaging to prevent mold caused by moisture during long-distance shipping
Labels are placed on the roll sides (and ends upon request) showing product model, dimensions, batch number, client logo, and barcode for easy identification

3. Palletized Packaging (for bulk orders)

Turf rolls are stacked and secured on pallets with stretch film wrapping
